    Is it available internationally?

    Emotion Castle Cinema is a domestic platform service and is not available outside of Korea.

    may be able to use the service if you live abroad with a VPN or Korean account, but there may be restrictions on content.

    Please note that even if you make a payment, it is difficult to use the service overseas and refunds are Refunds are difficult after payment.

    If you would like to cancel your subscription or receive a refund, please get in touch directly with the App Store or Google Play Store where you made the payment. We follow the store's cancellation and refund policy.

    How do I set content ratings?

    To set and change the age restriction rating for viewing content on your profile, follow these steps.
    1) Go to [Profile] → [Change Profile] and select [Edit Profile].
    2) Select the profile (character image) you want to edit, and select Viewing restrictions.
    3) Enter your account password.
    4) Select the content rating you want to set and tap Save.
    - [All] Allows you to watch content with a video rating of All or below.
    - [7+] Allows you to watch content rated 7+ and below.
    - [12+] Allows you to watch content rated 12+ and below.
    - [15+] Allows you to watch content rated 15+ and below.

    When you set a rating, when you browse or search Emotion Castle Cinema, you won't see equivalent series and movies that are rated higher than your profile's rating.

    How do I register my interests?

    If you'd like to save a particular piece of content as your favorite to watch later, click the Favorite button (+ icon) on the content's detail page.

    You can view your saved Watchlist in the [Watchlist] tab (♡ icon) at the top or bottom of the home screen.

    If you want to remove a piece of content from the list, you can do so by clicking the Watch button once more on the content's detail page.

    Where do I search for content?

    To search for the content you're looking for

    You can search by typing the title of the content you're looking for in the Search tab at the top on a PC or the Search tab at the bottom on a mobile or tablet PC.

    How do I watch multilingual content (English)?

    Emotion Castle Cinema offers English dubbed content for some of its contents. The English dubbed content is identified in the audio track (headset icon) icon menu at the bottom right of the player screen. To watch multilingual content, please click on this headset icon and select your preferred language.

    We will continue to provide more diverse content.

    When video stutters and the app is unstable

    If you are connected to an unstable internet environment, the image quality may be reduced or the app may be unavailable, so please connect to a stable Wi-Fi or data environment.

    To enjoy streaming Emotion Castle Cinema in the best possible environment, we recommend that you use the latest version of your browser. Please check the supported devices and computer and browser requirements.

    How do I watch on TV?

    Emotion Castle Cinema on your TV through your mobile device.
    (We do not currently support applications for TV)

    Use the following procedures.

     

    ■  Watch on Chromecast

    ☞ Mobile device : Android OS, iPhone, etc.

    1)Connect on TV with Google Chromecast

    2)Select the top right icon on the play screen

    3)Select a destination to send → connection TV

     

    ■ Watching with Smart View

    ☞Mobile devices: Android OS, Z Fold, Z Flip, etc.

    1) Connect your SmartTV and mobile device to the same Wi-Fi.
    2) Swipe down the top bar on your phone screen.
    3) Launch Smart View from the notification shade.
    4) Select the TV device you want to connect.

     

    ■ Watching with AirPlay

    ☞Mobile devices: iPhone, iPad, etc.

    1) Connect your Smart TV and mobile device to the same Wi-Fi.
    2) Find and play the video you want to stream.
    3) Click the AirPlay icon at the top.

    - View Smart View More Options-> Settings-> Cellphone Screen Ratio-> Select Full Screen from Connected Device to Watch

    Cancellation refund policy

    1) Refund for monthly subscription membership cancellation:
    - If you cancel your monthly subscription, you can continue to use Emotion Castle Cinema until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged after that.

     

    - For refund requests made more than 15 days prior to the billing date, your payment will be refunded in the amount of 50% after a 10% deduction, and you will no longer enjoy the benefits of subscribing to Emotion Castle Cinema. (* Discounts due to promotions and coupons are excluded from the refundable amount)

     

    -If there is no content viewing history within 7 days of the payment date, a full refund will be issued through 1:1 customer service.

    - Partial and full refunds will be issued only for the cancellation of the corresponding subscription period for which payment was made. (* Full refunds for previous payments are not available even if there is no viewing history).

     

    2) Refunds for annual subscription membership cancellations: For annual subscriptions, refunds will be issued for the remaining months after deducting 10% of the payment amount as of the date of the cancellation request. (*Discounts due to promotions and coupons are excluded from the refundable amount)

     

    3) Refund processing period: Within 7 business days (*Card cancellation processing period varies by each card company, so please contact your card company for the exact date of cancellation).

     

    If you made an in-app purchase, we do not have the authority to give you a refund.

    If you subscribed from Google ∙ Apple Store:
    To change your payment information.
    - Play Store App → [Profile Icon] → [Payment & Subscription] → [Subscription] -> [Emotion Castle Cinema] → [Change Payment Method].
    -iTunes and App Store→ [Apple ID] tab → [Account Settings] → [Manage Payment Methods]

     

    If you want to purchase an annual pass in the app, please cancel your monthly subscription and purchase a new annual pass.

     

    ***Note: If the payment information of the registered credit card is changed during use, please note that an error that stops the service may occur occasionally, and in this case, please contact the customer center.
